ZARR and Yeylo by JazzCash have partnered to offer eligible customers 30% cashback on purchases made through the Yeylo Buy Now Pay Later payment option at checkout on zarr.com.pk. This document outlines how the offer works, who qualifies, and how to complete a purchase using Yeylo.

Cashback Calculation
Cashback is calculated on the total Yeylo BNPL amount, which includes the 15% service fee on your order. This means the cashback you receive also helps offset the service fee, making it more valuable.
Here is an example of how it works:

In the example above, the customer receives PKR 2,500 as the cashback is capped at that amount.
Instalment Plan
Every purchase made through Yeylo is split into three equal monthly instalments. The first is charged at the time of purchase, the second after 30 days, and the third after 60 days. All repayments go through the JazzCash App.

Cashback Posting
Cashback is credited on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays, based on the date the order was placed. If an order is placed on a weekend, the cashback will be posted on the following Monday or the next working day.
Verification
- All cashback credits go through an internal verification process before being posted.
- If a cashback is not credited to your account, you can raise a query and the team will provide you with the reason.
Follow the steps below to complete your purchase on zarr.com.pk using Yeylo.
- Step 1
Add your items to the cart on zarr.com.pk and proceed to checkout. Select JazzCash as the payment method.
- Step 2
From the JazzCash payment options, choose Yeylo (formerly BNPL).
- Step 3
Enter your CNIC and the mobile number linked to your JazzCash account.
- Step 4
Review the three-instalment repayment plan and confirm the transaction.
- Step 5
Enter the OTP sent to your registered mobile number.
- Step 6
Authenticate with your MPIN:
Jazz users: A USSD prompt will appear on your screen automatically.
Non-Jazz users: Open the JazzCash App, go to Profile, then Payment Requests, find the pending transaction and enter your MPIN.
- Step 7
Stay on the payment page until your order is confirmed. Do not refresh or close the page while the transaction is processing.
To be eligible, customers must meet all of the following:
- Active JazzCash account with the JazzCash App installed on their device.
- Sufficient wallet balance to cover the first instalment at the time of purchase.
- Meet Yeylo credit scoring requirements and be on the whitelisted user base.
- No active ReadyCash loan or outstanding Yeylo BNPL balance.
- Available spending limit within the PKR 5,000 to PKR 50,000 range.
